Everything needed to cover WellPlaced: liftable boilerplate, dated findings computed from the current dataset, logo files, embeddable scorecards, and data-use terms. Press contact: hello@wellplaced.live.
WellPlaced (wellplaced.live) is a city-livability index scoring 12,377 cities on 29 metrics — cost of living, safety, healthcare, housing, transport, climate, taxes and more — built exclusively on institutional data from World Bank, WHO, OECD, UNESCO, UNODC, Eurostat, Ookla Speedtest, OpenAQ, and GDELT. Nothing is crowdsourced: every score traces to a named source, each city carries a visible A–E data-confidence grade, scores are recomputed monthly with public snapshots, and a conflict/safety layer updates daily. No one can pay to change a score.
Each line is computed from the live dataset on every build; quote them verbatim with the date.
Free for editorial use with attribution — cite "WellPlaced" and link the relevant page. Custom cuts (a ranking for your metro, a country deep-dive, historical snapshots) are usually a same-week turnaround: ask us. Commercial and product use is covered by data licensing. Licensing buys the data, never the methodology — no one can pay to change a score.
Badges render any city's current score and stay up to date with every data refresh:

Swap the slug for any city: /badge/<city>-<country>.svg
Ready-to-use excerpts of the index — free for any use with attribution to WellPlaced (link wellplaced.live). Free-tier metrics only, data-confidence grade included per city; the full 29-metric dataset is covered by licensing. Stable URLs; each row carries its snapshot date.

Please don't recolor, outline, or rotate the mark; the wordmark is always two-tone.
WellPlaced can supply rankings, comparisons, and methodology background for stories on cost of living, relocation, remote work, and quality of life. Founder interviews available on request.
