Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any moment. You keep PRO access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer pro-rata refunds for partial periods (cancellation simply ends future renewals — you keep access to the end of the paid period). We do refund duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, and any case where statutory consumer law requires it.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and a range of local payment methods depending on your country (iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA Direct Debit, etc.) — all handled securely by our payment processor, Paddle.
Is there a free trial?
The free tier IS the trial — it's always available without an account, with all 7 core metrics across 12,000 cities. Upgrade to PRO whenever you need the deeper metrics, weighting, or compare features.
Do you offer team or business plans?

Will the price change?
If we ever raise prices for new customers, your existing subscription stays at the price you signed up at, for as long as you stay subscribed. Annual subscribers lock in their rate for 12 months at a time.
Can I change between monthly and annual later?
Yes — switch any time from your account settings. We pro-rate the change so you only pay the difference.
